Why am I unable to Check-In an ILL Request that has been sent back?

Symptom
  • The Check-in/Check-out option is missing from an ILL Request
Applies to
  • WorldShare ILL
Resolution
  • You will need to click the Recall button the item in order for the Check-in/out option to appear. This most likely did not flip over because the borrowing library did not return the item on their end. If recalling the item does not work, please contact OCLC Support.
