When does the clock start ticking on requests we get from another library?

Applies to
  • WorldShare ILL
  • Tipasa
Answer

The clock starts ticking for the lender when that request is sent to their library.

On the borrower side the clock is ticking when the request is sent.

Each lender on the lender string has the days set in their policies directory.
