How do I fix the problem I am getting a message when I try to logon to WorldShare ILL that my account is expired?

You need to have someone else at your institution or at OCLC update your account with a new expiration date so that you can log on.  if you need to contact OCLC, you can call 800-848-5800 or email support.  Once the account has a future expiration date, you will be able to log on.  The Expiration date is is in the Basic User Data in the Personal Information section.  You will need to have Administrative account to update the account.
