I get an error when trying to retrieve my IFM Report

Symptom
  • I am trying to retrieve the past couple of months IFM report data without much success.
    Once I have inserted my dates and clicked “Generate Report” it takes me to a blank screen.

Resolution

Short introduction or instructions to follow these steps:

  1. Contact your local IT and ask them to make the current versions of Adobe Reader available to you.
  2. Contact OCLC Support who can provide the information on an interim basis.
Additional information
  • When running the IFM Monthly Report, you need to do so a month at a time and using the handy calendar feature will make this quicker
