My Bookeye scanner upgraded and now it is needs a password, where do I get that information

  • Bookeye scanner had an update and now the Authorization or Password information needs to be updated.

Resolution

You can get this information from your ILLiad Customization Manager. 

1.  Search for the OCLCILLAuthorization, and the Key Value you see is the Authorization.

2.  Search for the OCLCILLPassword and the Key Value you see is the Password.

3.  You will need to update your settings in the Bookeye scanner.
