Resolution

OCLC only uses SAML authentication through EZproxy with ILLiad if you are not on version 9.2.  The 9.2 version has a built-in SAML module that can be used without EZproxy.  For assistance contact OCLC Support.  If you are self-hosted, there is documentation on the RemoteAuth: Configuring the Integrated SAML Module page.
