- After upgrading the ILLiad Client to 18.104.22.168, the Database Manager is getting an error message about log4net and the Database Manager will not open
When you upgraded the ILLiad Client to 22.214.171.124, it removed the log4net file that the Database Manager uses, so here is what you need to do:
- The Web Server needs to be upgraded to the latest version.
- If you are hosted by OCLC, then please contact OCLC Support to request the upgrade.
- After the upgrade is complete, you will be able to use the Database Manager.
