- You are using the Billing Manager or the ILLiad Client and when you try to print, the data you get is from an old data file

If you are having issues where you cannot overwrite the data file. Here are some steps you should follow:
- You followed all the steps in the I just installed ILLiad on a new computer, what settings or permissions should I have on my computer?
- You need to open up the Billing Manager or the ILLiad Client as Administrator. When opening your shortcut, you right-click on the shortcut and "Run As Administrator."
