My collection is locked for re-indexing, please can you unlock

Symptom
  • Status of Collection displays as "Locked for Re-indexing" for longer than 24 hours
Applies to
  • WorldShare Collection Manager
Resolution

Please contact OCLC Support

  1. Log a call supplying the following details:
    • WorldShare URL,
    • Collection Name, and
    • Collection ID.
  1. Your Support Desk will respond when the re-indexing process has completed.
