Upload and download collection files
Unless your provider is sending periodic, automated feeds to OCLC, you will need to update your knowledge base collections in Collection Manager as you purchase titles or make other changes. See Collection-level settings in knowledge base collections for more information about settings within collections.
Use the collection-level Titles accordion
To upload and download a spreadsheet of titles in a collection, navigate to the collection and expand the Titles accordion. Expand the More Actions drop-down list.

Providers can send OCLC files on your behalf to dynamically maintain knowledge base collections. Likewise, they can send us your electronic invoice so you get MARC records for cataloging partner collections. OCLC and your provider will arrange a method to send OCLC files via SFTP or another method.
