This is usually due to lack of proper permissions for Connexion client when run on a later operating machine. To resolve it visit the Cataloging software downloads page, download the Auto-fix OCLC Connexion client 2.63 software (66.5K) file and install it as an administrator. You may also need to right-mouse click on the desktop icon, click the Advanced button and check the box to Run as Administrator.
