Blank labels or unable to print from Connexion client

Symptom
  • Labels come out blank or you get no response when attempting to print labels from Connexion Client.

Resolution

This is usually due to lack of proper permissions for Connexion client when run on a later operating machine. To resolve it visit the Cataloging software downloads page, download the Auto-fix OCLC Connexion client 2.63 software (66.5K) file and install it as an administrator.  You may also need to right-mouse click on the desktop icon, click the Advanced button and check the box to Run as Administrator

If problems persist, contact OCLC Support with the troubleshooting that you've done so far.
