Why is my library receiving so much spam from QuestionPoint?

  • There is a higher than usual volume of spam from QuestionPoint

Short introduction or instructions to follow these steps:

  1.   Login to QuestionPoint as the Administrator.
  2.   Go to Forms and select the Spam filter tab. 
  3.   Adjust your Captcha spam filter settings.
