View my KB records

You can view all the records that you have added to a KB. You can view a record as soon as you add it to a KB.

  1. Select Knowledge Base from the Select Service drop-down menu.
  2. Click Add/Edit > My Records. QuestionPoint displays the Knowledge Base Browse Results page containing a list of the records that you have added to a KB.
     Note: The list does not include any records added automatically to the Global KB when you closed a question.
  3. Click a link in the Question column to view a record.
